This is our bread and butter service, we have strived over the years to get the best from our sales teams. Our methodology is to coach through support, the sales people are the performers, not the management. To have the sales people performing to their best, we look at their strengths and how they can leverage them.
We look to remove any obstacles which is hampering performance, whether that be a block or a style of learning. Our style of coaching is a lean towards individual coaching as we believe each individual is different and has different requirements.
We look to personalise a plan through working with the individual and understanding their past performance, where they are presently and where they want to be in the future.
Using individual and team coaching we get the best results from people. We get the greatest sense of achievement from helping individuals and seeing them progress. We call the sales coaching style, ‘the good stuff’, what this means is that we have taken the best parts of coaching and the styles process and created our own brand, and yes, it does produce results.
Consultation
While there are a number of different to create a sales strategy and belief system, we lean heavily into a growth mindset. We are growth specialists and we look to make sales departments and teams the best they can be. This is achieved through fundamentals of making a people first approach and a performance culture.

The world of sales management has continued to evolve over the years and performance management is an important part of that development. Using metrics from our clients we can highlight coaching needs and start to understand the individual and their motivations. We have learned how to create the best learning environment.
Performance management is important to every sales business. We are qualified and trained in performance management, we have strategies to work with all degrees of performance. A lot of businesses make the mistake of only training or coaching underperformers, if you keep doing that you could be throwing your money down the drain or getting average back.

Recruitment
While not typically a service will primarily offer, a number of clients in the past have asked us for recruitment services. It goes hand in hand with the other services that we offer and we do have experience in the field. We offer interviewing support, through creating interview questions, and interviewing candidates directly. We can also source candidates and advertise job roles for a client.
