What We Do

Who?

We are a small sales coaching and consultation business with 16 years of top level experience in sales coaching and performance management. We have numerous qualifications from a number of different bodies such CIPD. In today’s ever changing world, sales coaching is becoming more important in keeping sales people motivated and engaged.

What?

What we do is work with sales directors and managers in order to understand where their business and what they want to achieve. It’s easy to say more sales, but how do you create more sales opportunities? What support are you offering your sales people to achieve your targets?

Where?

We consult and coach in person, on site as well as virtually. While the world has changed with more hybrid roles, we have learnt to adapt our sales coaching methods to the modern state of play. We coach with teams or with individuals in order to get the best results.

Why?

The reason we do this is because we are passionate about the sales industry. Over the last 16 years have put together a blue print of successful strategies and beliefs which drives businesses forward who want to succeed. We want to give back to the industry that gave us so much.

When?

We are available Monday to Friday and our hours are flexible to meet the clients requirements. Clients have different objectives and we look to see how we can work with them when delivering sales coaching and consultation.

How?

How we work is to look at what is currently being done, what is successful and needs improvement. It’s easy to say this now, but it takes some to time to see the causes and how to intervene in the process. We call this straight line theory and use it to create success patterns with clients.
